The proposition

AI transforms more than tools. It transforms coordination.

What happens when intelligence becomes programmable, distributable and orchestratable? Memory, workflows, responsibilities and management all change.

This book offers a language for deciding what to delegate, what requires human judgement, what knowledge to make actionable and how to govern the resulting capabilities.

Who it is for

For people who have decisions to make.

Executives

Ask the right questions before turning every local success into a strategic programme.

Managers

Coordinate people, agents, workflows and memory as a collective capability.

Transformation teams

Build an organisation that learns, beyond a portfolio of isolated use cases.

From the book

The questions behind the technology.

“AI does not free us from intelligence; it condemns us to it.”

Samir RINAZ

Samir RINAZ is a French educator, technology leader and adviser to business leaders. He heads ETNA, a French computing school offering work-study programmes, having previously led its academic provision for many years. For nearly twenty years, he has worked at the intersection of technology education, business and innovation, guided by a constant conviction: technologies prove their worth when they transform human and collective capabilities.

Alongside his academic responsibilities, he advises executive committees, C-level leaders and founding teams on technological transformation, organisational models and AI adoption.

His writing seeks less to predict the future than to give leaders, managers and organisational designers the concepts they need to avoid being at its mercy.
